Context:
The Cowrywise Roundup is a report of a user’s money moves in a year presented in a friendly, uplifting, informal and encouraging manner.
Process:
Worked with the project managers to fully understand the concept of the project and majorly to build out a copy guideline that will ease the work and guide our use of words.
The most challenging part of this project is streamlining the copy to suit each user. It doubled as the most fun part of the project as well.
We had to customise the copy to suit each user's behaviour—this was a complex work, but we made it possible. Each user saw things differently based on their savings and investments activities on the app during the year.
